How we started

In 2023, we launched our first B2B SaaS product. We knew paid ads were expensive, so we decided to invest in SEO instead. We read all the blog posts, watched the YouTube tutorials, and started writing content.

Eight months later, we had published 40 blog posts. We were getting maybe 300 visits per month. Zero signups from organic. We couldn't figure out what was wrong.
